“Bad and Boujee" is a trap anthem about making money and spending time with women who have expensive taste. “Boujee” is an intentional misspelling of “bougie,” which is slang for bourgeois, and refers to the materialism of society’s middle class. This Metro Boomin-produced track marks the first collaboration between Northside/North Atlanta’s Migos, minus Takeoff, and Philly’s Lil Uzi Vert. “Bad and Boujee” is Migos' highest-charting track yet, as well as their first to top the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
