“Leave The Door Open” is Silk Sonic’s debut single, a side project featuring Anderson .Paak and Bruno Mars. Throughout the song, the two profess their love for a significant other, telling her the door will be left wide open for her to enter at any time. In a February 26 Twitter post, Bruno Mars announced that the group’s first single would be released on March 5, 2021. The song premiered alongside a music video directed by Bruno Mars and Florent Déchard.
