“Low” is the debut single by Flo Rida, from his debut album Mail on Sunday. it was also the soundtrack to the 2008 film Step Up 2: The Streets. Its catchy, club oriented Southern hip-hop influences made it the longest-running number-one single in the US in 2008, besides reaching number one for the week of December 30, 2007 – January 5, 2008. The song contains strong sexual elements and references about dancing in the club. He refers to a sexy “shawty” who “stole the show” and made the club fall on their heels. Basically a club song with a groovy instrumental.
