The 2026 Georgia Bulldogs football team represents the University of Georgia as a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) during the 2026 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team is led by eleventh-year head coach Kirby Smart and plays home games at Sanford Stadium. Georgia entered the season ranked No. 3 in both the AP and Coaches polls. The Bulldogs opened the season with two non-conference games, defeating Tennessee State 63–3 and Western Kentucky 70–20. Following the win over Tennessee State, Georgia rose to No. 2 in the AP Poll. In their SEC opener, the Bulldogs defeated Arkansas 45–17 on the road, then beat Oklahoma 41–13 in their first meeting as conference opponents and Vanderbilt 38–14. Georgia remained ranked No. 2 through Week 5. The Bulldogs' game against No. 6 Alabama was their first against a ranked opponent, and Georgia won 20–17. The Bulldogs' remaining schedule consists entirely of conference games except for the Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate rivalry game against Georgia Tech on Thanksgiving weekend, which will conclude the regular season.
