☄️ Draconids · peak Oct 9 · ~10/hr · 🌑 moon 0%

Wednesday, October 6, 2094 – October 10, 2094 All day

Peak: October 9, 2094, around 11:00 UTC — up to about 10 meteors an hour under a dark sky. The Moon will be 0% lit: a dark sky: a good year for the Draconids. Meteors seem to come from Draco; the debris is from Comet Giacobini–Zinner. Usually quiet, but it has stormed, when the Earth crossed fresh trails of its comet.
