☄️ Leonids · peak Nov 17 · ~15/hr · 🌗 moon 58%

Friday, November 6, 2076 – November 30, 2076 All day

Peak: November 17, 2076, around 19:00 UTC — up to about 15 meteors an hour under a dark sky. The Moon will be 58% lit: some moonlight, which will hide the fainter meteors. Meteors seem to come from Leo; the debris is from Comet Tempel–Tuttle. Every 33 years or so, near its comet's return, the Leonids can storm with thousands an hour.
