☄️ Leonids · peak Nov 18 · ~15/hr · 🌘 moon 13%

Monday, November 6, 2090 – November 30, 2090 All day

Peak: November 18, 2090, around 09:00 UTC — up to about 15 meteors an hour under a dark sky. The Moon will be 13% lit: a dark sky: a good year for the Leonids. Meteors seem to come from Leo; the debris is from Comet Tempel–Tuttle. Every 33 years or so, near its comet's return, the Leonids can storm with thousands an hour.
