☄️ Quadrantids · peak Jan 4 · ~80/hr · 🌘 moon 23%

Friday, December 28, 2091 – January 12, 2092 All day

Peak: January 4, 2092, around 19:00 UTC — up to about 80 meteors an hour under a dark sky. The Moon will be 23% lit: a dark sky: a good year for the Quadrantids. Meteors seem to come from Boötes; the debris is from asteroid 2003 EH1. A sharp peak of only a few hours, best seen from the Northern Hemisphere.
