☄️ Ursids · peak Dec 23 · ~10/hr · 🌕 moon 99%

Tuesday, December 17, 2075 – December 26, 2075 All day

Peak: December 23, 2075, around 11:00 UTC — up to about 10 meteors an hour under a dark sky. The Moon will be 99% lit: a bright Moon, which will wash out all but the brightest meteors. Meteors seem to come from Ursa Minor; the debris is from Comet Tuttle. A modest shower near the December solstice, for the Northern Hemisphere.
