André Leducq was a French cyclist who won the 1930 and 1932 Tours de France. He also won a gold medal at the 1924 Summer Olympics in the team road race event and the 1928 Paris–Roubaix. In the yellow jersey at the 1927 Tour de France after stages 23–24 — 2 stages, July 16 to July 17, taking it from Hector Martin. Wiki link
