André Leducq was a French cyclist who won the 1930 and 1932 Tours de France. He also won a gold medal at the 1924 Summer Olympics in the team road race event and the 1928 Paris–Roubaix. In the yellow jersey at the 1929 Tour de France after stage 2 — 1 stage, July 1 to July 1, taking it from Aimé Dossche. Wiki link
