The Sun enters Cancer (the Crab, a water sign) on June 20, 2090 at 19:35 UTC — ecliptic longitude 90°. These are the signs of the tropical zodiac, measured from the March equinox. Precession has moved them about one constellation since they were named: the Sun is in front of Gemini for much of Cancer.
